Job Description – Spare Parts Executive (After Sales) Job Title: Spare Parts Executive – After Sales Department: After Sales / Spare Parts Location: Muscat, Oman Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma Industry Preference: Automotive / Automotive Aftermarket Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Executive – After Sales to manage spare parts operations, inventory, customer requirements, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of automotive spare parts and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day spare parts and after-sales activities. - Handle spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries. - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, workshops, and internal teams. - Maintain proper inventory and ensure timely availability of spare parts. - Identify and source required spare parts. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. - Maintain accurate records of parts, sales, purchases, and inventory. - Support customers with spare parts identification and product information.



- Coordinate with the service/workshop team for parts requirements. - Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery. - Prepare regular reports related to stock, sales, and spare parts movement. Requirements - B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a relevant technical field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in spare parts / after-sales operations. - Experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry will be preferred. - Positive knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory management. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - English and Hindi proficiency required. - Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage. - Good computer skills and ability to maintain records and reports. - Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
