Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings & site visits.
- Handle prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive bookings.
- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure smooth coordination.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹25K – ₹35K + Performance-Based Incentives
