Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Residential Butler to provide exceptional service and support within a private household. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service, discretion, and efficiency, ensuring the smooth operation of the residence and anticipating the needs of the principals and their guests. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of household management, formal service, and personal assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and inventory.
- Provide formal and informal service for principals and guests, including meal service, beverage service, and event coordination.
- Manage and supervise other household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, groundskeepers), ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to household protocols.
- Assist with personal errands,



travel arrangements, and calendar management for the principals.
- Maintain household inventories, including fine wines, spirits, silver, china, and linens.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times.
- Handle correspondence, manage incoming calls, and maintain organized records.

- Anticipate and fulfill the needs and preferences of the principals with proactive and discreet service.
- Assist with packing and unpacking for travel, ensuring all items are properly cared for.
- Manage and care for valuable household items, including artwork, antiques, and luxury goods.
