Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and organized Fresher IT Passive Coordinator to join our infrastructure team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in coordinating, tracking, and maintaining physical (passive) IT infrastructure assets—such as structured network cabling, server racks, patch panels, fiber/copper lines, and physical data center inventory.

IT Passive Coordinator - Fresher

Location - Navi Mumbai, - Airoli

Shift Time - 10:00 - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers in creating timelines, tracking project milestones, and maintaining task schedules, documentation preparation.
- Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, organize, and maintain essential IT documentation and records.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel to Making Invoices,sort, format, and apply formulas to large datasets to ensure operational efficiency.

- Vendor & Site Coordination: Act as a point of contact between on-site technicians, vendors, and internal IT teams during cabling setups or hardware deployment
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain logs of passive hardware equipment, patch cords, racks, enclosures, and tools.
- Support Active Teams: Assist network engineers and IT support staff by prepping physical connection points for active switches, routers, and access points.
- Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional written (Email) and verbal communication in English for internal reporting and documentation purposes with Project Manager IT engineers, internal teams, and clients.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a related business degree.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas, data sorting, and formatting) and the broader MS Office suite.
- Language Skills: verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Mandatory Terms:

- Location: This is an on-site position based in Airoli; candidates must be able to commute to this location.
- Perefered candidates ready to travel Goregaon office if required.
