- Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Lead and manage a team of cluster managers to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, agreements, and contracts




- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
