We’re looking for a creative, energetic and entrepreneurial person to help grow The Tee Shop, Kavach Essentials

What You’ll Do

* Manage e-commerce operations and online sales

* Manage website, product listings, inventory & orders

* Manage Amazon and other marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc)

* Handle Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms

* Plan and create Reels, posts, campaigns & engaging content

* Manage influencers, creators, UGC & collaborations

* Run and optimize Meta Ads & retargeting campaigns

* Track sales, website traffic, customer behavior & marketing performance

* Develop new products, collections & trending designs

* Coordinate with vendors, production, inventory & logistics

* Explore B2B, offline & reseller opportunities

* Identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth

Who We’re Looking For

* Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Fashion, Streetwear or Social Media Marketing

* Good knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads, content marketing & e-commerce





* Creative mindset with a good sense of trends

* Robust communication and problem-solving skills

* Self-driven and comfortable working independently

* Passion for fashion, social media & building brands

* Freshers with strong practical skills and the right mindset can also apply
