Job Summary:

Looking for immediate Joiners and preferred Commercial Interior and Civil QA/QC Experience candidates. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA & QC Site Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in commercial interiors and Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interior construction work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to the specified designs, regulations, and codes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement & oversee quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of quality in architectural & interior designs

2. Conduct regular inspections at various project stages to identify deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly

3. Coordinate & perform material testing, structural analysis & performance evaluations to validate design & construction quality

4. Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, inspection reports & quality- related issues for reference & analysis

5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors & vendors to address quality concerns, resolve issues & ensure compliance with project specifications & standards.

6. Monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

7. Document and maintain records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.

8. Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.

Oversee and implement quality assurance protocols on-site to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

10. Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, exact knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.

11. Preparation of BOQ, Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

12. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

13. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

14. Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.

15. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

16. Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.

17. Manage to lift all equipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials,



and perform quality audits per the required schedule.

18. Monitor an productive system, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.

19. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.

20. Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection

21. Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.

22. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant

23. Coordinate with the Consultant s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the commercial interiors and construction sector.

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior construction processes, materials, and standards. Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

· Proficient in using relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, QA software).
