To provide effective academic, administrative and student leadership for the Senior School and ensure high standards of teaching, learning, discipline and CBSE compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor the academic functioning of Classes VI–XII.Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, assessment and examination requirements.Ensure compliance with CBSE rules, regulations, documentation and timelines.Supervise and coordinate HODs, Coordinators and teachers.Monitor curriculum coverage, lesson planning, assessments and student performance.Oversee Board examination preparation and internal examinations.Mentor teachers and promote professional development and accountability.Maintain high standards of student discipline, behaviour and well-being.Address parent concerns and ensure effective parent-school communication.Coordinate the Senior School timetable, academic calendar, examinations and daily operations.Work closely with the Principal in implementing school policies,



academic goals and improvement initiatives.Qualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate degree with B.Ed.Solid and current knowledge of CBSE curriculum, rules and examination procedures.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant school leadership experience, preferably including experience as a Vice Principal / Academic Head / Senior School Coordinator.Proven experience in handling Senior Secondary classes, teachers, examinations and academic administration.Essential Competencies.
