JOB DESCRIPTION:

MassClick Technologies Private Limited, Trichy, is hiring experienced Telecallers and Field Marketing Executives for B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Local Business Marketing and Business Development.

We are especially looking for candidates who have previous experience working with Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, TradeIndia, local search companies, business directory companies, digital marketing agencies or B2B lead generation companies.

Candidates with experience in selling business listings, digital marketing services, online advertising, lead generation packages or similar B2B services will be given preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contact local business owners through calls and direct field visits.
- Introduce MassClick business promotion and digital marketing services.
- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain business listing, lead generation and digital marketing solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into customers.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers for sales discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily follow-up, lead and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams.

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We are looking for energetic and sales-focused candidates who understand the local business market and are comfortable communicating with business owners.

Candidates who have already handled Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, TradeIndia or similar B2B sales processes will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply; however, relevant experience will be given preference.
