Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, GST-related activities and overall financial operations of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in accounts, billing, GST, invoicing and financial management, along with good attention to detail and the ability to independently manage routine finance and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounts, billing and invoicing activities.
- Handle GST, TDS and basic taxation-related work.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors,



vendors and clients as required.
- Manage expenses, purchase/sales entries and financial documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure timely completion of routine accounting and compliance activities.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience and strong practical knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidate should be Noida-based or willing to commute to Sector 142, Noida.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple accounting and finance responsibilities independently.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
