Job Description – Plant Operations Controller

Bonzer Lenses is looking for an experienced Plant Operations Controller to manage end-to-end plant operations and ensure smooth production flow, quality, manpower, maintenance coordination and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production flow, WIP, bottlenecks and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Manage manpower deployment and productivity of approximately 100 employees.
- Monitor rejection, repolish/rework and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
- Ensure SOP, safety, housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement and waste reduction.
- Review production, quality, downtime, WIP and dispatch MIS.




- Handle urgent production priorities and ensure timely order completion.

Requirements:

- Engineering background – Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing / plant operations.
- Strong experience in production and maintenance coordination.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCA, 4M, 7 QC Tools and manpower management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS and production reporting.
- Marathi – Fluent (Mandatory); Hindi & English – Working proficiency.

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Preferred Age: 40–45 years

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
