Indara Tech builds AI recruiting software called Talent Crux (https://www.talentcrux.ai/). We are a well-funded startup and are gaining momentum with our AI HR software. We’re now starting a second product line, smart cameras, and we’re hiring the first engineers to build it.

The product does AI-powered video analytics on cameras companies already have: SOP detection, process compliance, operational insight, pulled from existing feeds. No new hardware, the software connects directly to existing camera pipelines. It’s early and still taking shape.

What you’ll do

- Own the entire application: frontend, backend, infra, deployment. You are responsible for it end to end.
- Decide the tech stack. You choose what we build on
- Build what each customer actually needs: custom deployments, per-client configuration, integrations with whatever camera systems they already run.




- Ship recent computer vision features from rough idea to production: the pipeline, the inference, and the dashboards
- Connect to existing camera feeds at scale

What we’re looking for

- 4–5 years building production software, with meaningful time at an early-stage startup.
- full stack: you can build and run both sides yourself
- You’ve made architecture calls yourself and shipped the result.
- Comfortable around video, streaming, or ML model outputs, or the confidence that you can learn quickly
- Based in Mumbai: this role is in-office.

Ideal Candidate:

- Computer vision or video pipelines: RTSP/WebRTC/HLS, OpenCV, model serving.
- Built custom or per-customer deployments before.
- Ability to use AI effectively to boost productivity
- High Urgency and initiative

Compensation

- ₹8–12 LPA CTC, depending on experience

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
