Property Zone is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales to lead the sales team, manage property deals, and drive business growth in the real estate (plots & resale) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives
- Generate and assign quality leads to the team
- Ensure site visits and deal closures
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle high-value client negotiations
- Monitor daily performance and targets of the team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Keep track of market trends and pricing
- Ensure proper CRM/data management

Requirements:





- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local property market
- Target-driven and problem-solving mindset
- Own vehicle preferred
