Job description

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru Campus invites applications from professionals to support the Placement initiatives of CIR.

The role requires robust coordination, documentation, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing assistance in organizing and carrying out placement related activities.





Maintain the database with respect to all companies and profile of concerned students for campus recruitment process.

Assist in retaining and updating the Placement Records.

Liaise with student coordinators.

Assist in preparation of Placement Brochure by collecting all the necessary input from other campuses and as directed by his superiors.

Liaise with Company HR personnel to carry out the activities like fixing up appointments, travel plans of company executives, arrangement of accommodation and transport facilities etc.
