Job Title: Business Development Manager - NR Team
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our NR Team at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by connecting with potential NR clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound calls to potential NR clients to sell insurance and investment products
- Meet monthly targets and maintain accurate CRM updates
- Liaise with bank branches and brokers to generate business
- Identify current business sources for sustainable growth

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, NR client handling, or mutual fund *sales*
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
