Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing modern web applications using React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing application features, integrating backend services, and contributing to scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted software development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation while adhering to engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js.

· Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

· Design, write, and optimize SQL queries and database objects in PostgreSQL.

· Implement asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ.

· Create and manage database schema changes using Liquibase.

· Zustand for state management

· Implement secure handling of application secrets using OpenBao.

· Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

· Write unit tests and support integration testing activities.

· Collaborate with architects, senior developers, QA engineers, and product teams.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies.

· Support production deployments and issue resolution.

AI Development Expectations

· Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.

· Use AI for code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, and debugging.





· Review and validate AI-generated code before deployment.

· Follow responsible AI usage and secure software development practices.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Responsive UI, Redux/Context API

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth

Database: PostgreSQL, SQL development, Database fundamentals

Messaging: RabbitMQ, Event-driven communication

Database Migration: Liquibase

Security: OpenBao, Secure coding, API security

Development Practices: Git, CI/CD, Docker basics, Unit Testing, Agile/Scrum, Clean Code

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working on enterprise web applications.

· Exposure to microservices-based architectures.

· Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience integrating third-party APIs.

· Basic understanding of application monitoring and logging.

· Exposure to cloud platforms.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
