Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Counselor cum Communication Skills and Personality Development Trainer for kids. The role involves counseling children and parents on suitable language and communication programs, assessing learners needs, and guiding them through course selections. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication skills, confidence building, and personality development tailored to different age groups. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson activities, conducting engaging classroom sessions, monitoring student progress,



and providing regular feedback to learners and guardians. The role also includes maintaining a positive learning environment, coordinating with other trainers and staff, and supporting events or workshops that promote holistic development for children.
Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children and parents.
- Experience in teaching or training children in communication skills, soft skills, or personality development, preferably in an academic or coaching setting.
- Ability to design age-appropriate, engaging activities and lesson plans focused on confidence, public speaking, and social skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach, with a genuine interest in learners emotional and personal growth.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, schedules, and individual learner needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or counseling are a plus.
- Comfort working in an on-site academic environment in Indore and collaborating with a diverse team of educators.
