An MEA Licensed Overseas Recruiting Agency, with over four decades of experience in international recruitment, invites applications for the position of Operations Manager – Health Care
Role
- Develop new international recruitment business, with a focus on Japan, particularly healthcare/caregiver recruitment for international Markets.
- Develop candidate sourcing channels in India, coordinate with Japanese language and third-party skill-training institutes and setting up in-house training facility.
- Liaise with Embassies, Consulates and relevant authorities regarding employment opportunities, visa procedures and recruitment requirements.
- Manage client discussions, proposals and recruitment projects, with necessary coordination with internal teams.
Establish relationships and business alliances with overseas employers, recruitment partners and institutions.
- Undertake domestic and international travel for setting up pilot project for Health Care recruitment.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years operational experience in Health Care administration, management and recruitment.
- Experience with an overseas recruitment company will be an asset.
- Graduates/suitable qualifications in Health Care management.
- Multiple language skills will be an asset.
- Age: Above 30 years.
- Solid communication, networking and negotiation skills.
Compensation: Negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
