We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for managing data efficiently. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in data entry or related fields.

Responsibilities

- Accurately enter data into the database and ensure data integrity.
- Review and verify data before entering it into the system.
- Maintain and update records as necessary.
- Assist in generating reports as needed.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good typing speed (minimum 30 words per minute) with high accuracy.
- Basic understanding of database management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
