- Develop Oracle Fusion HCM → Azure AD/AD onboarding and offboarding integrations.
- Strong hands-on PowerShell development required.
- Transform and process Oracle Fusion HCM delta files.
- Reverse-engineer legacy Oracle/database logic and build a modern solution.
- Manage AD/Azure AD user provisioning, updates, and termination.
- Implement error handling, logging, validation, and automation.
- Own design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and KT.
- Robust communication and independent problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Fusion HCM and identity lifecycle experience preferred.
