Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales professionals to join our team. The role involves counseling prospective students and parents, generating leads and walk-ins, conducting follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions for our Digital Marketing courses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch MCTA's Digital Marketing courses.

• Counsel students and parents regarding the courses, career opportunities, and course benefits.

• Generate interest and convert maximum enquiries into admissions.

• Generate daily walk-ins and center visits.

• Handle phone counseling and follow-ups with prospective candidates.

• Handle walk-in enquiries and provide detailed course information.

• Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert prospects into admissions.

• Assist the sales team in conducting seminars, college events, and other promotional activities.

• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

• Ensure timely collection of fees from students as per the fee schedule.

• Generate references and referral sales from existing students.





• Reactivate old/lost applications and follow up with inactive prospects to achieve batch targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 80–100 connected calls per day

• Minimum 2 visits per day

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets

• Reactivate old/lost applications

• Improve and maintain sales conversion rates

• Consistently achieve batch and revenue targets

Skills Required

• Relevant inside sales experience, preferably in the Education/EdTech sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent counseling, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

• Target-oriented with a robust drive to achieve sales goals.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
