This is not your typical internship.

Most internships teach you a function. This program is designed to teach you something bigger — how businesses actually grow. MeDigit is selecting 3 ambitious college students / freshers to join the MeDigit Business Growth Program as Business Growth Operators. You'll work alongside the MeDigit team on live businesses, real growth challenges and actual outcomes. The idea is easy: instead of learning marketing through theory or dummy projects, you learn by being part of real business growth.

Role Description The Management Trainee Program at MeDigit Advertising Private Limited is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The trainee will support day-to-day program coordination, assist in planning and executing client-focused initiatives, and help monitor progress against revenue and demand generation goals. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, preparing reports, participating in internal training sessions, and shadowing senior team members across functions such as client servicing, digital strategy, and operations. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and learning to manage small projects under supervision.

Students from marketing, management, commerce, communications or related backgrounds are welcome — but your attitude and curiosity matter more than your degree.
