Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 6-10 years' experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building robust talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Industry-Specific Hiring: Focus on roles across real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.

- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand in the real estate talent market through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.

- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies.

- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to leadership.
