Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Micro Finance and LAP products.
- Promote and sell Micro Finance, LAP, Business Loan, and related financial products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet assigned sales and collection targets.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, collections, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and customer servicing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers interested in field sales can apply.
- Male candidate preferred




- Experience in Micro Finance, MFI, LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, Collections, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, Financial Services is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
