Job Description -

Role Overview
• Lead the technical discovery, design, and architecture discussions with business units and other IT teams to drive projects, platform enhancements, and complex issue resolutions.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Technical Configuration & Custom Development
• Develop and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and other declarative tools in Salesforce.
• Work on Deal Desk Salesforce applications, specifically Salesforce CPQ.
• Create LWC, Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to implement complex business processes and custom functionality.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other third-party systems using APIs or middleware tools.




Data Management & Optimization
• Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as needed, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the application for improved performance.
Maintenance, Testing & Support
• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and assess their potential impact on the existing system.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and its features
