Position: Shift Supervisors – Mechanical

Location: Cochin

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years in manufacturing / production / maintenance environment

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Position Summary
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor – Mechanical to manage shop floor operations, ensure smooth machine performance, and support preventive maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in moulding machines, utilities, and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise maintenance of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment during assigned shifts.
* Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.




* Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
* Support machine installation, relocation, and commissioning activities.
* Assist in monitoring and maintaining utility systems including compressors, chillers, cooling water systems, and DG sets.

Required Skills
* Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge
* Hands-on experience in moulding machines / production machinery
* Basic knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
* Shift handling and manpower coordination experience
