‍ CURRENT JOB VACANCIES

1️⃣ KERALA PAROTTA MAKER – 2 POSITIONS

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Kerala Parotta as per restaurant standards

• Handle dough preparation, portioning, shaping and cooking

• Maintain consistency in size, taste and quality

• Keep the work area clean and hygienic

• Experience in Kerala-style parotta making preferred

2️⃣ COOK – MULTIPLE POSITIONS

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to restaurant recipes and standards

• Handle cooking and food preparation in the assigned section

• Maintain taste, quality and consistency of dishes

• Manage preparation during busy restaurant hours

• Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations

• Previous restaurant cooking experience required

• Candidates with experience in Kerala / South Indian cuisine preferred

3️⃣ KITCHEN HELPER – 1 POSITION

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in daily preparation

• Cutting, cleaning and basic food preparation

• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness

• Support chefs during busy hours

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but suitable candidates can apply

4️⃣ DISHWASHER – 2 POSITIONS

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean plates, vessels, utensils and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of the washing area

• Support kitchen team when required





• Follow restaurant hygiene and safety procedures

• Ability to work during busy restaurant hours

5️⃣ ONLINE DELIVERY PARCEL PACKER – 2 POSITIONS

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack online food orders accurately

• Check items against the KOT/order before packing

• Ensure proper packaging and presentation

• Attach labels/bills and hand over orders to delivery partners

• Coordinate with kitchen and KOT team

• Maintain cleanliness and organized packing area

• Fast and accurate working required during peak hours

6️⃣ KOT HANDLER – 1 POSITION

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) and online orders

• Receive and check orders from POS/online platforms

• Coordinate orders between service and kitchen teams

• Ensure correct items are prepared and dispatched

• Monitor pending and completed orders

• Inform kitchen/service team about order requirements

• Positive communication and basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
