Collect food orders from the restaurant and deliver them safely to customers.
Ensure food is handled hygienically and kept properly packed during delivery.
Verify the customer’s name, order details, and delivery address before handing over the order.
Deliver orders on time and follow the assigned delivery route.
Handle cash or online payment collection, if required.
Maintain polite and qualified communication with customers.
Keep the delivery bag/vehicle clean and hygienic.
Follow all company safety and delivery guidelines.
Report any delivery issues, missing items, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain regular login and attendance as per the assigned shift.
