Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric, and target-driven Sales Person to join our team at Nexus Shantiniketan Mall. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an exceptional luxury shopping experience, and building a loyal customer base in this high-footfall location. Even house wife who is looking for 10 to 6 job also suitable for the same.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
· Greet customers warmly and understand their specific needs to offer personalized styling/product advice.
· Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Stay updated on current product lines, new arrivals, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
2. Store Operations (Specific to Mall Environment)
· Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines (especially important for high-visibility mall stores).
· Assist in receiving stock, inventory management, and participating in regular stock takes.
· Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, especially during peak mall hours (evenings and weekends).
· Process transactions accurately via the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Client Building
· Capture customer data to build a robust database for clienteling.
· Inform regular customers about new collections and exclusive mall events/offers via calls or messages.
Requirements
· Experience: open for all
· Mall Savvy: Candidates familiar with the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall ecosystem or other major malls in Whitefield/Marathahalli are preferred.
· Skills: Solid selling skills, basic math for cash handling, and a passion for fashion/lifestyle products.
· Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and all public holidays (as per mall timings).
