Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA
- Travel Allowance: 5,000 per month
- GMC: 2 Lakhs
- Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
- Monthly Incentives: Up to 1 Lakh
Preferred Profile
- Experience in health insurance / life insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
- Target-oriented with a robust sales mindset.
- Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
