## What youll own

Were looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to design and run the services behind our product - from the C# in a controller action to the container it ships in and the Azure resource it runs on.

## Responsibilities

- Design and build APIs and services in ASP.NET Core, including minimal API endpoints where they fit better than controllers.

- Model domain logic with up-to-date C# - records, pattern matching, nullable reference types - instead of reaching for old habits out of muscle memory.

- Write and maintain Dockerfiles and Compose setups for local dev, and keep images lean enough to ship quickly.

- Deploy and operate workloads on Azure - Service Bus, Function, Key Vault - and keep an eye on cost and resilience, not just uptime.

- Build and consume REST APIs from a React + TypeScript front end, and read enough JSX to review it properly.

- Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, from build through staged rollout.

- Review pull requests with an eye for correctness, performance, and the next person who has to read the diff.

## What you bring





- 5+ years building production systems in C# / .NET, with real time in .NET 6+ (ideally .NET 8 or newer).

- Comfortable with async/await under load, and diagnosing whats actually slow before optimizing it.

- Have containerized and deployed a service yourself - not just read about it - using Docker and a cloud platform.

- Working fluency in React and TypeScript: hooks, component composition, state management without over-engineering it.

- Comfortable owning a service end to end: design, tests, deployment, and the pager if something breaks.

## Good to have

- Exposure to Azure Functions or another event-driven / serverless pattern.

- Familiarity with gRPC, SignalR, or other real-time transports.
