Role & responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day operation of the Solvent Recovery Plant (SRP) as assigned.
- Monitor critical process parameters including feed flow, temperature, pressure/vacuum, reflux, steam, condensate and solvent concentration.
- Operate and monitor MVR, packed/distillation columns, WFE, ATFD, pumps, vacuum systems and associated utilities.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment abnormalities including vacuum fluctuations, fouling, choking and unstable operation.
- Manage shift operations, manpower allocation, shift handover and logbook maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain operational records, checklists, deviations and equipment history.
- To manage and support to Supervisor for daily routine operations task as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile :

SCADA Experience:



Hands-on experience in SCADA operation, monitoring trends, alarms, interlocks, PID loops and troubleshooting instrumentation and control valves.

Centrifugal Turbo Compressor (MVR System) Experience: Experience in operation of high-speed centrifugal turbo compressors used in MVR systems including start-up, shutdown, surge protection and performance monitoring.

Packed Column Distillation Experience: Hands-on experience with packed column distillation, reflux and vacuum control, temperature profile monitoring and solvent-water separation.

Requirement:

Must be ready to work in a shift.

Ready to work in Site at Matoda, Ahmedabad.
