Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the fabrication team, including welders, fitters, and other skilled workers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor fabrication activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure fabrication work adheres to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve fabrication-related issues.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance requirements.




- Prepare production reports and maintain relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in fabrication supervision or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production management software will be an added advantage.

Work Setting:

- Fabrication shop/industrial manufacturing setting.
- Mandatory adherence to PPE and safety regulations.
- Flexibility for shift work and overtime as required.
