Position description: Join Visteon's dynamicSoftware Development team as a senior-level engineering leader responsible fordriving the design, development, and delivery of advanced automotive softwaresolutions. This role demands a deep understanding of embedded systems,automotive software architectures, and real-time operating systems, combinedwith robust leadership to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally. Theideal candidate will spearhead innovation in automotive software, ensuringcompliance with industry standards and delivering scalable, high-qualityproducts that enhance vehicle performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Telematics Core software components for next-generation connected vehicles.

- Design and implement modules related to:

- Device Management

- Connectivity Management

- Vehicle Data Collection

- Cloud Communication

- Remote Diagnostics

- OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates

- Vehicle Health Monitoring

- Cybersecurity Services

- Integrate telematics applications with vehicle networks such as CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay.

- Work closely with cloud teams to enable secure vehicle-to-cloud communication using MQTT, HTTPS, WebSocket, and REST APIs.





- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into software design specifications.

- Develop reusable software components following AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE processes.

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Support vehicle bring-up, system integration, and production issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Validation, and Program Management.
