Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / .NET Lead (5+ years) to lead the design and delivery of complex, scalable applications. Alongside hands-on development with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and Angular or React, you will own architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, drive code quality, and set engineering standards across the team. This role combines deep technical expertise with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and Angular or React.
- Own technical decisions and system design, balancing performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Design robust REST APIs, web services, and microservices, and oversee data modeling with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
- Partner with product, UI/UX, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, refactoring, and adoption of modern tools and practices.

Key Skills Requirements

- .NET Core / .NET 6+ C# expert-level backend engineering with a strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles,



and application architecture.
- Angular / React advanced front-end development of responsive, component-driven user interfaces.
- Entity Framework advanced ORM usage, migrations, and performance-aware data access.
- REST APIs / Web Services / Microservices designing, scaling, and securing service-based, distributed architectures.
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript TypeScript modern, standards-based web front-end engineering.
- SQL Server / Relational Databases advanced schema design, complex queries, and query/performance optimization.
- Git Agile/Scrum version control and leading delivery within collaborative Agile teams.

Positive to Have

- Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for building and deploying cloud-native applications.
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.
- Proven experience leading development teams or projects.

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
