Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales in the system/CRM.
