Domestic Ticketing Executive needed for a travel company. Galileo GDS and reissue/re-validation experience are strictly mandatory.Key
Responsibilities
- Ticketing & Reissues: Handle daily domestic flight bookings, complex ticket reissues, split ticketing, cancellations, and refunds.
- GDS Operations: Manage reservations fluently using the Galileo system.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries regarding flight itineraries, schedule changes, and baggage allowances.
Requirements
- Experience: 23 years in domestic ticketing.
- GDS Skill: Excellent hands-on command of Galileo (Amadeus an advantage but Galileo is mandatory).
- Technical Skill: Must know how to calculate fare differences and process automatic/manual reissues.
- Communication: Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
