Position: Solution Intelligence Analyst II
Location: Gurgaon, India
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday- Friday)
Time: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities:
SIA II are primarily the Owners and key executors on analytics work stream of a project where they are required to interact with client, collect data, perform analysis with team and prepare implementation blueprints. SIA II would manage the work of BAs ensuring quality and providing direction if needed. They are expected to structure complex problems for the team and drive the analysis in the right direction. They will be closely working with Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader in managing day-to-day interaction with the client and would be managing the work of BA’s to ensure quality and provide direction if needed. They will be performing quantitative analysis on large amounts of granular client data like customer level performance data, collection calling data- using data manipulation and analytical tools like SAS/ SQL/ Python etc. and will be working closely with other team members and managers to deliver business solutions characterized by advanced analytical approaches and quantitative modeling. They will help identify relationships among complex data from diverse areas, contribute to identification of “so what”, get insights from the results of data manipulation, develop presentations for internal and external clients and give out recommendations based on the data. They will be involved in the entire project life-cycle from project proposal, planning and execution to delivery and implementation.
Skillset/Requirement:
Graduate from Premier Educational Institutes, with excellent academic records.
Total professional experience of 2-4 years
Should have exposure to work on analytical tools such as SAS/ SQL/ Python etc.
Should be able to handle complex analytical tasks and come up with implementable business solutions
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Fast learner, should thrive in mathematical and scientific complexities
Proven track record of communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Should be able to take ownership, should have analytical bent of mind and should be interested in travelling and exploring the world.

About the Role
Essex Lake Group LLC is seeking a Solution Intelligence Analyst II to join our Gurgaon team.
This is a hands-on analytics and consulting role for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can work with complex datasets, structure business problems, develop actionable insights, and contribute directly to client engagements.
You will take ownership of analytics workstreams, work closely with clients and senior project leaders, and provide direction to Business Analysts supporting the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute analytics workstreams within client projects.
- Work directly with clients to collect data, understand business challenges, and support day-to-day project execution.
- Structure complex business problems and guide analytical approaches.
- Perform quantitative analysis on large and granular client datasets.
- Use SQL, Python, SAS, and related analytical tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- Analyze data such as customer-level performance, collections activity, operational performance, risk, and other business metrics.
- Identify relationships, patterns, trends, and meaningful insights within complex datasets.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and implementable solutions.
- Develop quantitative models and advanced analytical approaches.
- Prepare client-ready PowerPoint presentations, implementation blueprints, and recommendations.
- Manage and review the work of Business Analysts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide direction and analytical guidance to junior team members.
- Work closely with Engagement Managers and Client Initiative Leaders.
- Participate throughout the full project lifecycle, including proposal development, planning, analysis, execution, delivery, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, consulting, business intelligence, financial services analytics, or a related field.
- Graduate degree from a strong academic institution with an excellent academic record.
- Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Python and/or SAS.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Ability to turn analytical results into practical business recommendations.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver results with limited supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
