Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the identification, recruitment and onboarding of consultant-level and senior medical professionals across multi-specialty hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, attract and recruit senior consultant-level doctors and medical specialists across multiple specialties.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of senior medical professionals through proactive sourcing and executive search.
- Collaborate with department heads, clinical leadership and senior management to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultant networks, medical associations, medical colleges and healthcare organizations.




- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation and integration of new consultants.
- Maintain an active database of senior consultants and healthcare professionals.
- Drive recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and emerging healthcare programs.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably with consultant-level and senior medical hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting and onboarding doctors and medical specialists.
- Solid professional network within the healthcare/medical community.
- Experience working with or supporting multi-specialty hospitals.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong sourcing, executive search and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with leading/tier-1 hospital groups.
- Experience recruiting from leading medical colleges and institutions.
- International medical recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Exposure to NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals.
