We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated counseling psychologist to provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling services to patients/clients. The role involves understanding individual needs, offering appropriate solutions, and maintaining confidential records. In addition to counseling, the candidate will assist in administrative tasks, coordinate with team members, manage client follow-ups, and support daily operations.

The counseling psychologist will also help in awareness activities, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and staff. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities are essential.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of balancing counseling duties with operational support to contribute effectively to the overall functioning of the organization.

Salary & Incentives

Monthly Salary: 18,000 + Incentives
