## **Job Summary**

Health Insurance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Relationship Manager** for the **Banca Channel**. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in **Health Insurance Banca Sales**, with the ability to build robust relationships with bank partners, drive business, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with **Open Architecture** experience will be given preference.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.





* Generate quality leads through the banca channel and convert them into business.

* Conduct customer meetings to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.

* Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Organize branch activation activities, customer awareness programs, and sales campaigns.

* Provide product training and support to bank employees.

* Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure policy issuance within timelines.

* Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational processes.
