Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E2E Shipping Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring seamless execution of shipment processes, adherence to customer requirements, and delivery of high-quality operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end shipment execution activities in accordance with customer requirements, SOPs/IOPs, and service commitments.

- Coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement and supply chain visibility.

- Monitor shipment milestones, proactively resolve delays, exceptions, escalations, and customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping and logistics transactions while maintaining high data quality and system integrity.

- Drive operational excellence by conducting root cause analysis (RCA), supporting corrective actions, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while staying current with shipping regulations and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Transportation,



or a related field.

- Experience in End-to-End Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or Supply Chain Management .

- Strong understanding of international transportation, import/export processes, and shipment lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of ocean, air, inland transportation, customs, or warehousing operations is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience conducting root cause analysis.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
