Title:

Sr. Stress Engineer - Piping

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added
solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed
process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain
expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart
solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Responsible for design, specification and services related to piping systems and
piping layout including piping material selection, piping material line classes,
standard and specialty piping components, pressure, weight and thermal analysis
of piping systems, vibration analysis and piping support systems. Under general
supervision, performs all conventional aspects of the functional area subject
matter. Devises new approaches to problems encountered.

Responsibilities:

* Develop unit plot plans/equipment layouts/WHP/Process
Platform/FPSO/Refinery/LNG

* Layout optimisation study

* Preparation of MTO





* Review of Vendor package

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

* Candidate should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical

* Excellent knowledge in E3D, MS Office, AutoCAD & MicroStation

* Experience in Fixed Platform / FPSO is minimum requirement

* Good knowledge in mechanical handling concepts

* Good Knowledge of support selection and modelling. Special support drawing
creation is preferable

* Good knowledge in ISO checking and back drafting and support ISO team on
project needs

* Excellent skill to guide young designers

* Good knowledge in conceptual layout study

* Valuable Communication skills

* 10 - 15 years of experience in above skills & responsibilities

* Knowledge in PML macros development will be considered an added advantage.
