NOW HIRING FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT TEAM

Two Leadership Opportunities | Chennai | US Night Shift / EST

We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join our growing US-focused Finance & Accounting Operations team in Chennai.

We currently have two positions open:

1. Liability Management / Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Manage AP/AR, reconciliations and financial transactions
- Oversee month-end and account closure activities
- Monitor outstanding balances, collections and liability-related activities
- Ensure accuracy, controls and timely resolution of financial issues
- Prepare management reports and operational updates
- Lead, coach and support team members
- Coordinate with US-based management and stakeholders

Preferred Background:

- Robust accounting and finance operations experience
- AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end close experience
- Team handling/leadership experience preferred
- Exposure to US finance operations is an advantage
- Strong Excel and reporting skills

2. Reporting / MIS

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage MIS and financial reporting activities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports
- Manage month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting
- Perform variance and trend analysis
- Support P&L;,



financial and operational reporting
- Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports
- Work closely with US-based management and stakeholders

Preferred Background:

- Strong MIS, financial reporting or FP&A; experience
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Power BI/BI tools experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing or mentoring teams preferred
- US/global finance experience is an advantage

Common Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work US EST/night shift
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and stakeholders
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Chennai candidates preferred; relocation may be considered for the right candidate
