- Supervise daily production and dispatch activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules and manpower.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA and Logistics teams.
- Ensure finished goods are packed, stored and dispatched on time.
- Maintain production, stock and dispatch records.
- Monitor loading, documentation and vehicle coordination.
- Ensure quality, safety and SOP compliance.
- Handle production/dispatch issues and ensure timely resolution.
