Job Summary

Lionbridge seeks a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team as a Senior Technical Writer. In this role the Senior Technical Writer would be responsible for optimizing written copy for accuracy and consistency provided by Lionbridge teams and/or clients. Precise formatting, tone, accuracy, clarity, and focus as outlined by the team or client are all areas of high importance in this role. Open and consistent collaborations with other teams, leadership, clients, and POCs is to be expected to ensure standards are understood and achieved. This role provides guidance to junior team members.

What You Will Do

- Perform updates of easy to moderate complexity to procedural articles as assigned, ensuring that assignments are completed on time and in accordance with quality guidelines.
- Write explicit, easy content that adheres to partner company and departmental standards and guidelines.
- Ensure that content is technically accurate and uses appropriate tone, voice, grammar, formatting, punctuation, spelling, and messaging.
- Collaborate openly and effectively with team leadership to manage content assignments and communicate status proactively.
- Provide guidance to junior team members

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to ensure accurate and consistent tone,



clarity, structure, and mechanics of content
- Experience optimizing written content for localization/translation preferred
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Proven track record working independently and with a team
- Experience working with style guides and an understanding of readability measurement methods preferred
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other content management system preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field.
