prepare reports

?? Inspect recent dies (In-house, Out-sourced, Fixed Insert
change, re-sink) as and when required and ensure die parameters are as per the requirement

?? Check the new Die inserting

?? Verify and inspect 1st piece of all new dies and
process for approval

?? Coordinate for calibration and inspection of the Spectro as
per defined frequency

?? Inspect all received Gauge and Fixtures as per the defined
procedure and prepare necessary reports

?? Undertake layout inspection and components checking on the
CMM machines for checking alignment of the product with the original drawings
and specs

?? Prepare CMM reports for all inspections undertaken and
share the same with the Incharge
