Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability in the geographical area.

Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining a robust compliance culture.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive business growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.

Analyze branch financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Enhance customer experience by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing client feedback effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a management role within the financial services or banking industry.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales performance in a DSA channel.
