Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in ITSM or a related field.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow development principles and architecture.
- Experience with SPM (Service Parts Management) module is an added advantage.
