The company also owns a premium womens wear brand, Envy Me, which has presence across Chennai, Bangalore & Coimbatore.

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in womens ethnic wear, strong styling sense, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting outfits that suit their preferences, body type, and occasion
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising




- Stay updated on current fashion trends, especially in ethnic wear
- Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 5 years of experience in retail / fashion industry
- Bachelors degree in Fashion / Textile / Apparel (NIFT or similar institutes preferred)
- Strong interest in fashion, especially womens ethnic wear
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

- Sense of styling and color coordination
- Basic understanding of fabrics, fits, and trends
- Experience in boutique or apparel retail (added advantage)
